NEW - Need so much help

I downloaded MT4. Seems like I have an account. Signed up for the VPS and it gave me an MT5 account. I need the VPS on my MT4 account. I wish there were an online chat for help - this is all the help offered. I don't even see any "how to" articles unles I'm in the forum. Please help
