Specifications for dedicated system

I was thing of building a server specifically for selling cpu time however its quite obvious very little resources are used per core. so I was thinking 1.5-1.8GHz processor speed with maybe 128 logical cores but im not sure of the memory needs

how to sell cpu time? im confused...

I was thinking this software was for selling cpu time? its just shows 4kbin 1kb out and that's it
