LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO CREATE A BREAKOUT/RETEST, MULTI-PAIR, MULTI-TIMEFRAME EA
In March 2021 a fellow member here asked if someone would program an EA for them that is exactly what I'm looking for. The programmer who did the work was "Jacek" if that is helpful. I'm hoping to find Jacek or anyone who could do this for me as well.
The EA needs to be able to do the following:
- Scan FOREX pairs on a variety of timeframes searching for a break of structure (support/resistance, fractal, swing high/low, etc?)
- Price must return to the breakout to retest it and bounce off that level (order block?)
- Using Fibonacci extension or other indicator, forecast possible profit targets
- Allow user to change stop loss level as desired
- Allow user to adjust risk percentage
- Allow user to adjust profit target
- Send an alert* to desktop and mobile device when retest is confirmed
- There may be more that I can't think of at the moment
I would like to own the rights to the EA once it has been tested and performs profitably. A financial bonus would be provided in gratitude in addition to the cost of creating this EA.

* alert should include entry price, stop loss, price targets, name of pair and timeframe, etc...

Sorry if this question has already been asked. My broker dumped MT4 and 5 and migrated my account to TradeLocker. Period. I own several third party indicators and EA that I have used quite well on MT4 and now I have no idea if or how I can use
