Indicator advice needed!

Hi Guys (and gals!) I am quite new to the MT4 indicators and EAs and wondered if anybody could advise me. I want to have a line on my chart that is constantly 200 pips above the 800 sma and on that is always 200 pips below the 800 sma (similar to a MA). Is there a way to do this easily within MT4
