applying an ea

hi guys can anyone help me.id appreciate it !! I purchased a scalping bot and have been trying to add it to my list of ea but it just won't show in the list ??? they sent me a video of how to do it but once I've copied and pasted it into the experts and liberaries folders it doesn't show in my list
