The Holy Grail of Trading

Is there really a holy grail in trading? I mean, a system that guarantees consistent profits—not necessarily high, but extremely consistent. Does such a holy grail exist? I'm a developer, and what aspects do you think constitute a trading holy grail ? Can trading across multiple instruments achieve
