Support Ask - 24hours running agents still do not show up in web portal in my account - New Account

Hi everyone, I'm a new user, and studying this ecossytem with a friend wich instaled MQL5 Test Agents in his machine, and associated the MQL5 community account, But weirdly 1 day passed and can't see yet my agents, but they are working. Details in the pictures - https://imgur.com/a/nLJ0DMe
