SecureFX Trader - About Us
In 2015 we began our journey to understand forex trading further and teamed up with others interested in forex trading from different parts of the world who were highly experience in data analysis, financial modelling, finance, forex strategies and forex robot building.
To be honest in 2019 we started to question why followers would even look at our forex strategies with property prices continuing to rise, shares were trading at large multiples and businesses were just ticking along nicely. The good times seemed to be rolling on……and then….
February 2020 changed the world – COVID hit and traditional assets did not seem that rock solid anymore. For SecureFX Trader we were able to turn off our robots and sit on our capital whilst large markets swings seemed to be happening every hour as more news kept coming out.
Once we deemed it was safe, we turned our robots back on and trading resumed. We knew we could do this at any time if we believed large news could impact our trading strategies unlike other traditional investment assets.
What else cemented it for us was a book called “The Man Who Solved the Market: How Jim Simons Launched the Quant Revolution”. It demonstrated to us we were not reinventing the wheel as they had started like SecureFX Trader and grown into a very successful business. We are not saying we are using their same logic, but what we do the same and do well is have well tested and live traded results of our forex strategies, we do not deviate from our trade rules and we are in this for the long term.
June 2020 is when SecureFX Trader went live and allowed followers to copy our forex trades on the followers own trading account.
To make it clear we are not selling a way to turn $1,000 into $1 million within 12 months.
This is like any business; we stick to the trades we are good at. We do not win every trade. We do not trade all a time. But we do have strong proven forex strategies that continues to be refined to ensure they generate solid compounding returns.
Our goal is followers will generate between 20% to 30% yearly returns after fees.
Followers do not need to have a background in forex trading – our trading strategies open and close all trades for our followers.
