Subscribed to VPS, Does not start and does not show in MQL5 site as active subscription

I have subscribed for a VPS , paid and got the confirmation email. If I click on the link in the email, it takes me to a 404 page. If I click on the ID in MT5 it does the same. How do i get it started and why does it not show on MQL5 account? Thanks in advance
