Change Agent Account (MetaTester) from CMD aswell?

Hi, Isnt there anyway to change the Agent Account in MetaTester aswell? I have a rigorous setup and need to set this manually everytime i clone a new PC. I can see in the common.ini that a unique ID is created with adding the account. This ID cant be reused on the same HW
