Data folder will not open.

Hi, My data folder will not open which is incredibly unhelpful does anyone no how to rectify this issue? I have MT5 terminal downloaded to my Mac

Information on my Purchased Product

Hi all, I am looking for some information on my purchased product on MT5 it seems to have stopped working - it won't take trades and keeps saying that i need to turn algorithmic trading on in expert which it is. has anybody had the same problem or can point me in the right direction of what I need
