error : automatic closing of sell position in loss instead of profit

Hi i don't understand why my sell order has resulted on loss when the SL has not been reached , actually the tp should have been reached instead (find chart attached). Can someone please explain, find position details below : price : 1.97192 / SL : 1.97440 / TP : 1.97082
