MAC OS keep crashing

at least 3 times a day my macbook air "freezes", restarts and tells me it was due to a kernel panic/error and it points to Metatrader 5 being the culprit. Apple says it's a known issue with MT5 and I need to contact Metatrader but trying to create a ticket for this particular issue is impossible
