mql4 not loading full chart

Having a huge problem and I've searched and tried every fix. My MQL4 tester wont load the full chart for testing. My main trade chart goes back to about 2002 but when I run a test it starts at 2023. I tried increasing max bars . I tried going to the history folder and deleting the charts. I tried

Count Buy and Sell Positions not working. Any advice?

I'm working on a script and it uses a form of martingale based on how many positions are open. The only problem is the code isn't working correctly. My code is acting very strange, having trouble with arrays

So i create a multidimensional array, 2 of them to be exact as an example. arrbuy[][3] arrsell[][3] these will store all my buy and sell positions that are open. Strategy test bugging out

Not sure if this is just for me or others have experienced this but, I'm on MT5 and I'm getting jitters on the strategy tester . I have it set to evaluate each tick and everything is fine until I believe about 2015 December on EURUSD. It will start bugging out and just buying and selling trades
