Changing Profile Names and How to Communicate with Project Coders.

I recently registered as a Developer and tried to sign up for several projects . I am having difficulty communicating with the project owners and often run out of time to complete the work. Secondly, my name appears as MLQ5 instead of Lbael Developer like the others. Can someone help me change it to
