New user need help. i cannot subscribe to mql5 signal

I want to subscribe a signal from mql5 with 30USD fee. i already access my account in MT4 icmarketSC. and already do the login in TOOL-> OPTION -> COMMUNITY. But when I got to TERMINAL -> Choose Signal and press subscribe for 30USD fee and choosing payment system. no matter what i click on paypal/
