Suggestion: Draw Rectangle with centered side handles

Dear Programmers, I frequently use rectangles and I miss having handles in the center of the sides, because stretching the rectangle using corner handles changes the initial position, forcing me to go back and correct it EVERY TIME. Thank you for your help and congratulations on the excellent work
