I can no longer find the option to add a signal to track my trading accounts.

There used to be a "create signal" button but I can't find it. Also all my private were signals were moved from the "Active" tab to the "All signals" tab. I don't need to register as a publisher as my trading signals are private and are just for tracking my own trades
