MetaTrader 5 Import Bar data to a custom symbol simply not working

A lot of issues happening. I cancelled a Job by a mistake (wanted to change service price) How can I re do the application?

I clicked on the wrong option and now it seems I can't do the application again. Anyone can help me? Thanks

Stop loss must be above order price(selling)? What if I want it not to be?
