What makes the Rating on a Signal?

Hi When i browse for signals, The standard search criteria is set to default : -"sort by rating" So my question is: What makes the rating go up on a signal

Issues with MT4 mobile Notification, receiving same messeges over and over

Since i´ve installed Mt4 on my mobil, and get notifications when trades are opened etc, I get same messeges over and over. What could be the issue ? I tried to restart my device, and still getting same messeges? Regards
