Need help building a EA based on Stochastic cross over

Hi All, I'm not a programmer but a technical professional. Need help on building a EA based on Stochastic cross over. Idea is to buy and sell when Stochastic lines getting crossed. Please help me out

Multiple trading on 1 chart using 1 EA

I have created a simple EA which trades to RSI movement. The EA does only 1 trade at a time. It doesn't start a new trade if there is an active trade. Is it possible for an EA to do multiple trades on the same chart, while there are active trades
