Problem of lots size

Hello I signed up with a signal provider and I allwoed 95 percent of my balance, but when the signal provider opens a trade with three lottes my MetaTrader opens just one lots. My order is as follows: I want to open a trade with the same lot as the signal provider. I want to open a trade by same lot

Problem of copying signal from provider

Hi . Please Help . I signed up for a signal. I Leave the computer open. But no trade is opened. The signal provider opens and I do not. I don't want to lost the thirty dollars. What's the solution
