cancelling subscription

Hi I have cancelled my subscription to a free signal service but it won't let go in my MT4 trading platform and I cant put my new signal service in I get a message that says: Any ideas of how to remove my previous signal so I can subscribe to my new one. Ko (IronFX-Real3) Length: Weekly Monthly
