Order Block Precision
A systematic trading algorithm built on Smart Money Concepts (SMC), centered on detecting institutional Order Blocks. The system identifies supply/demand zones left behind by major market participants before a strong displacement move, then waits for price to return to these zones for entry, confirmed by market structure.
Trading Logic
- Identification of the last candle before a strong displacement move (Order Block)
- Confirmation via Break of Structure (BOS) or Change of Character (CHoCH)
- High-probability zone filtering through confluence with Fair Value Gaps and liquidity zones
- Entry on retracement into the OB, stop-loss placed just beyond the block
- Take-profit at the next liquidity zone or the opposite OB
Risk Management
- Fixed risk per trade (0.5–1% of capital, adjustable)
- Daily/weekly drawdown limits
- No martingale, no grid, no averaging down
- Target: 2–3% monthly growth with controlled drawdown
