XAUUSD Signal Service Description with SMC Automato

This service is not a sale of the robot (EA).

What is offered are entry and exit signals generated by my algorithmic model in MT5. In other words: the algorithm is my analysis and decision-making engine — the subscriber receives tradable signals (Entry, Management, Exit).

What is this service?

This is a signal service exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold), based on an automated model that combines market structure and risk management. The main objective is consistent gold trading with a focus on:

• Identification of buying opportunities.

• Signaling for entry at the optimal time.

• Position protection during price evolution.

• Rule-based position management and exit.

The model was developed and calibrated specifically for XAUUSD. Therefore, the target instrument for this service is Gold.

What does the subscriber pay for?

The subscriber pays for the delivery of:

• Entry Signals (when the model recognizes a valid opportunity).

• Management Signals (when protection or position adjustment is needed).

• Exit Signals (partial take-profits or full exit).

What is not included (not for sale)?

• Robot source code.

• EA License.

• Installation of the EA on the client’s account.

• Individual asset or risk consulting.

How are the signals generated?

Signals are generated by a proprietary algorithm (SMC Automato). The focus is on market structure, disciplined execution, and risk control. The system evaluates, among other factors:

• Market structure and context.

• Planned entry level / entry zone.

• Appropriate order type depending on the market situation.

• Protection rules and risk conditions.

The model itself runs automatically — however, the subscriber does not receive the EA, but the signals derived from it.

Model Logic: BUY Only (Long only)

The model works exclusively on the long side (BUY only). This is a conscious design decision and part of the strategy architecture:

• Reduced complexity.

• Focus on market phases with a higher modeled edge.

• More consistent execution and management.

• No dilution of hit quality due to forced two-way logic.

In short: the model does not try to catch every market move; instead, it focuses on trading XAUUSD upward movements with quality while maintaining strong capital protection.

How Entries (Orders) Work

The model does not jump into the market impulsively. First, the market structure is evaluated, and then a planned entry zone or level is defined. Depending on the market situation, execution may follow these logics:

1. Pullback Buy (Buying on a retracement).

2. Breakout Confirmation Buy (Buying on a confirmed breakout).

3. Instant Execution if all conditions are fully met.

This means the signals are not designed for quantity, but for quality of execution.

Protection and Risk Management (Risk & Protection)

The strength of this service lies not only in direction selection but primarily in position protection. The model operates with several protection layers:

1. Initial Stop Loss (Initial SL): Every trade starts with a clearly defined maximum risk, established during the planning phase.

2. Break-even / Break-even Plus (BE / BE+): If the price moves in favor of the position, the model can move the stop to a safe area (entry price or slightly above).

3. Partial Take Profits: At certain stages, the model may trigger partial sales to reduce exposure and secure gains.

4. Dynamic / Structural Trailing Protection: If a trend continues, the model adjusts the stop progressively to reduce profit give-back and improve the risk-reward ratio.

5. Anti-Streak Mechanism: During unfavorable market phases, the model may temporarily reduce its aggressiveness (e.g., pausing or stricter entry conditions) to protect capital.
