My recommendations for your settings will be:
Broker: IC Markets (raw spread account)
Leverage: 1:500
Minimum deposit: $1000 USD or equivalent (cent accounts can be used as well)
The advisor trades via a kind of martingale strategy which can be very profitable but as well very risky. To protect your precious capital another EA is active which automatically closes all trades once a drawdown of 10% occurs. The EA is as said before super profitable, so expect that even when this happens you'll gain back the 10% loss within a few days.
