This elevated DD was primarily caused by the bot opening unnecessary and excessive trades, which were not aligned with our standard risk parameters. So I lost 2k in the very first month. A 50% cut loss, and barely any trades on top of that – the risk-reward ratio doesn’t even come close to making sense.
