Added Time Filter
- This allows the user to set the start and end of a trading day. I found that this filters many losing trades, some due to spikes in ask and bid prices from market open and close times. This helps to protect from entering trades and holding them through the market close and reopen, it greatly improves autonomy and consistency of the EA.
