How to properly test the Big Forex Players EA in the MetaTrader 4 tester?
Please select a deposit of 1000, accompanied by a custom date from 01/08/2022 to 23/08/2023, select Every tick, spread of 2.0, Risk Percent 10-15 or other value, select risk mode: medium or high and click the start button in the MetaTrader 4 tester. Please note that Trading with Banks, Trading with Indicators, and Trading with Signals cannot be tested in the tester because the data is sent in real time to EA.
How do I start?
1. After purchase the EA, please send us a private message with a screenshot of your purchase confirmation. Go to the Purchases tab and take a screenshot. After you confirm, we'll send you the manual and access to group where our support and other users will help you with all the settings and you can talk about this EA.
2. Please read the manual you got. It's available in English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish. You only need to change a few parameters to make EA work with your broker. If you require help, please post your questions in the group and our support will assist you with the settings.
3. Turn on AutoTrading in your platform, add an EA to the H1 chart on the recommended pairs, make the settings according to the manual, and that's it.
4. We suggest using the EA with a broker who has a low spread, a minimum deposit of $1000, a leverage of 1:30 up to 1:1000, and an active news filter. We recommend running the robot on a VPS so that it stays connected for 24 hours and testing the robot on a demo account before adding it to a real account.

Please explain to me why backtesting is so different than what EA is doing?
1. This is med risk setting with trading with robot. Is EA just going leave the open positions like this? (pic attached)
2. Also why is it only fix grid opens in the backtesting? Even risk setting set to med, and EA is still opening more than 10 orders?
3. Please send me the set files/setting for this following signal

Please answer my questions,
1. I did not question about backtesting with Trading with Banks and Trading with Indicators.
2. Regarding to the backtesting, It is using fix grid with multi orders. As I set the testing mode to low or med risk, EA still opening more than 10 orders in the backtest results.
When I start using it in demo/live. EA start to open martingale orders. I was told it is pending orders algo by your telegram group but it does not work in demo/or live. Please explain why!
3. Before I purchased this EA, I specifically ask you if the EA trading results will be the same as the signal you posted. YOU SAID YES!
I am kindly asking you to send me the sets/pairs and setting so my trading results would be same/similar to the signal you posted.
If trading with Banks+with indicators+ EURUSD or XAUUSD is the set that produce same/similar results to your signal. Please confirm it.
Everything works. You just need to enable pending mode, which you appear to have disabled. As previously mentioned, this EA employs three distinct strategies, and another from Forex Signals will be connected soon, giving you a total of four strategies to choose from.
The results will be determined by the strategy and pairs you use, as well as the level of risk you choose, deposit size, and lots. Unfortunately, some customers are misusing this EA. Please read the updated manual that we added yesterday.
You can add your questions to the group or write to Mark, but it appears that you have a different purpose.
Please refrain from blackmailing, slandering on comments or reviews, as this does not help the development of this project. Yesterday, one user blackmailed us, threatening to add a negative opinion if we didn't refund, but most important that they will be continue using EA... In this way, you destroy a good project to which we dedicate all of our time and will constantly develop. Thank you.

I don't even want this free EA as I told them. Big forex trading with robots IS XS gold! They are trying to send the same EA I already have, in order to get good reviews.
I can accept the loss in any EA I bought, but I do not tolerate been lied to!!!
After spending $1300 and been lied to the results from the signal, and treated this way!!! This is unacceptable!
I don't know how many different stories you will come up with, but it is obvious that you are doing everything on purpose to stop the sale of this robot. Unfortunately, everything is accepted on this website and one user can ruin a good project, it's sad but true. All these slander have been reported to MQL5 but so far there has been no response and only in our products is all this accepted and when it is added to another seller, the user is blocked, why is that?
Story? You can point it out yourself to let me or let everyone know which part of story aren't real about your EA. I would love to hear that!
Please explain why you guys lied about your posted signal and claim that was your EA trading performance? I have asked you guys again and again, either avoid my questions or sent me the setting does not match your signal.

We have 2-3 of negative comments from several hundred users, this is normal when you look at other forex-related products that have been added here. Results from the previous week: trading with indicators and trading with banks. There is also an open position on BUY XAUUSD visible on the chart, opening at 2042.00 and current price is 2069.00.
As previously mentioned, this is a bigger project for serious Traders that will be developed further and you will receive all updates for free.
The current price has been reduced and is valid until 10 December 2023.
