-Added Bold text to distinguish between Show or Hide AVWAP activation
-Fixed a small bug to remove text when the indicator is removed from chart

New feature added to be able to hide the AVWAP lines temporarily and display them again without deleting them.
To hide them just click on the "Hide AVWAP" text
To display them again just click on the "Show" text

Additional feature
You can create each line individually by keypress at the top of your keyboard numbers 1,2,3,4,5 or 6.

1. Added High and Low of each AVWAP line
2. Added Delete all or delete specific AVWAP lines
3. Format each AVWAP line and High and Lows
4. Set Alert on each AVWAP line and High and Lows
