I recommend to use the expert for M5 or M15 timeframes.
If you trade manualy you have two possible strategies to put SL after order is opened:
1. Put SL just after position is opened where you want and wait for result of your deal
2. Put SL whith 10 pisps of profit when your deal gives you 150 pips of profit and wait for result of your deal
