The concept of this EA is quite simple but efficient, it opens a position on the crossings of 2 moving averages in the direction of the trend or on a Smoothed RSI Inverse Fisher Transform signal but the heart of this EA is an Heiken Ashi indicator in ticks to determine the best time to open the positions.

It can be used too with a Volume Delta Tick indicator (included - Futures only - Real volume).

All positions are secured by a trailing stop as soon as they have reached a level of a few ticks, in this way, the DD remains low.

This EA is a full automatic trading system, no manual intervention is required.

But if you wish, you can use this EA to manage your own trades as well.

This EA was written to work on Futures (Dax, Dow, Nasdaq) but as its algorithms are generic, it can be used with all instruments (Forex, CFD ...).

The detected impulses (MM crossings and Smoothed RSI Inverse Fisher Transform signals) are statistically reliable but for a short period of time.

In this EA, the main parameter is the "Level from which to start the trailing stop (ticks)", this value must be set between 10 (Futures) and 40 (Forex) and an SL twice this value.

The "Take Profit (ticks)" parameter can be set to the same value than the SL (or more), it will be reached in the event of an acceleration of prices.

Default values are set for Futures.

A graphical interface allows you to modify the main parameters of the EA in 2 clicks without having to restart it.

For manual trading, you can use keyboard shortcuts to manage your positions (Close Half/All at the BE, Set TakeProfit, etc...) - See graphical interface for more details.

The critical parameters are (in order of priority):

Position management :

  • Level from which to start the trailing stop (ticks)
  • StopLoss  (ticks)
  • Take Profit (ticks)
  • Trailing stop distance (ticks)

  • Use AC Filter (Bill Williams Accelerator Osc. indicator)
  • AC level (0: at any level)
  • Inv RSI Fisher Transform Filter

  • Time Frame (Futures: M1 / Forex: M5),
  • Daily Objective (in the account currency) : if this value is reached, the EA stops trading,
  • Asynchronous mode : for a quicker position management,
  • Virtual Server (no graphical interface) : set to true if you want to use this EA on an MQL5 virtual server,
  • Allow the EA to open positions : enable or not automatic trading per default,
  • Allow the EA to manage positions : you can separate the management of positions that you open manually on a second server with better latency times,

Position management:

  • Volume : volume of the positions,
  • Take Profit (ticks) / StopLoss  (ticks),
  • Set Stop Loss at BreakEven (ticks) : level to set the StopLoss at the Break Even,
  • First Target (50%) (ticks) : level to close half of the position,
  • Trailing Stop : Trailing Stop mode (SAR or trailing stop),
  • Level from which to start the trailing stop (ticks),
  • Trailing stop distance (ticks),
  • Timeout between 2 orders (candle),
  • Use Volume Delta Tick indicator (Futures only),
  • Use AC Filter (Bill Williams Accelerator Osc. indicator)
  • AC level (0: at any level, in this case only the direction is used)
  • Inv. RSI Fisher Transform Filter

VolumeDeltaTick indicator :

  • Ticks in candle
  • Display VolumeDeltaTick indicator (real volume only)
  • VolumeDeltaTick: EMA Period
  • VolumeDeltaTick: Smoothing period
  • Display large orders from (lots) (Disable:0)

TickCandleHeikinAshi indicator  :

  • Ticks in candle
  • Display HeikinAshi indicator

Miscellaneous :

  • Max allowed price deviation (Points)
  • Order Filling Mode
  • Send notification
  • Play sound
  • Displays daily news
  • Display DOM Volumes : if available

  • Sylvain Vervoort's article in May 2008 issue of TASC , "The Quest For Reliable Crossovers," describes a trading system based on three functions: the triple exponential moving average (TMA), the heikin-ashi close (haC), and the "typical price" (TypicalPrice). Vervoort's strategy trades the crossover of the typical price and heikin-ashi TMAs (https://www.mql5.com/en/code/23743)
