　 チャートを過去にさかのぼるときチャート自動調節が機能しない為
autoscroll off 時にチャート自動調節機能もoffとなる機能を追加。

　上下余白域を超えた場合の反応が遅い不具合を解消。


メインパネル、チケットパネルのボタン表示不具合

全てのボタンで選択非選択にかかわらず交互にボタン背景色が変化
する不具合を解消いたしました。
