Broker and Leverage
"Steady" is not broker sensitive, you may chose any broker you trust to. The less the spread is, the better.

Time Frame of the chart for real live execution does not matter. But, make sure that you have all timeframes data available in history center (F2).
For BACKTESTING IN MT4 the timeframe must be M1. You also should load all available timeframes in MT4. In MT5 any timeframe for backtesting will work.
Settings Description
Base Lot, per every 1000 of Balance - sets the lot. It is calculated as BaseLot*(Balance/1000). So, if you have an Account with 2000USD and Base lot is 0.05, your traded lot will be 0.05*(2000/1000) = 0.1
Recovery Aggression - "Steady" has a built-in recovery algo. It will auto increase the lot after the losing trade to recover the loss. Lott is calculated dynamically. The bigger the recovery aggression parameter is set, the more aggressive lot increase happens. If set to 0, there will be no lot increase and all trades will be performed with Base Lot, as per settings above
Max Lot, times Base Lot - Limits the max lot, which can be used if Smart Recovery is enabled. It is set as a multiplier for base lot. I.e. if it is set as 15 and base lot as per calculations above is 0.1 lots, the Max allowed lot per trade would be 15*0.1=1.5Spread Filter - allows avoiding trades in high volatility times when broker increases the spread
Hidden Stops - If true, no SL and TP will be sent to broker, but EA will close the trades by itself instead. EA must be up and running at all times in order for this option to work.
Magic Number - unique EA identifier. Should be set different in case when multiple instances of EA are used on the same currency pair.

Testing and real Trading are very efficient with this EA. TP is mostly 1/3 of SL. The EA has mostly more that 90% good trades and a low DD. Backtests and reales Trading sind vergleichbar gut. Mit einer Trefferquote von ca. 90% und einem Verhältnis von TP/Sl von 1/3 erreicht man dauerhaft gute Gewinne.

The system works well when we are in a trend. As soon as we get into resistance or support zones with larger pull-backs, you get losses. This also applies to trading ranges. Maybe something to improve. Have now made more losses than gains. I hope this comes from the period of the year. At the moment it is difficult to say how good the EA is, the period is too short to say anything sensible about it. The back tests look good, the back tests are the same as the real account. My broker is ICMarkets. For now first 2 stars. As soon as the results improve, I will adjust my review.

Now, i rate 4 star and will update later This EA is not scam, it follow the trend and look like work in H1 data, buy on dip and sell on rallie. The risk/reward ratio is 3:1 (i know it's normal when you use EA to trade, Ea help us to earn many small profit and not like human trade with 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3) The win rate is about 90% when everything in trend but only 20% when change of trend. As result of some poeple and me, there are no any manipulation in back test, we can see 2020's result is very good because almost this year the trend is Usd down. The beginning of 2021 with many news make it becomming stupid and do many loose in this week. I recommend that we can use it when the main trend is detected. EurUsd is the best pair but you can use in any pair with trend. About recovery system, it's like martignale but most of time effective to recover the lost of precedent order. You can choose to you it or not, if you change recovery agression to 0, so you don't use it. For someone believe that this EA can print money like back test, please consider before buying, it can print only if you follow the market, turn off when there are news. For someone would like to trade manually, this one is good also to help you having a signal and then you decide to use it or not. Last word, i think the price is high :(

In backtesting since 2001 and seeing the results of backtesting and analyzing it, I came to the conclusion that this expert has been over-optimized and in fact none of the pairs work and must be managed, otherwise it will constantly hit stoploss because of the high risk/reward ratio and using the Martingale-like methods are also more likely to call margin This product is not worth paying at all and unfortunately the seller has misused his credit

Back test results have nothing to do with live results. 1 position was opened in 1 week. The stop hit the loss. Do not rely on back test results. It does not work properly in back tests before 2019.

A lot of bad reviews here from people that used 5-10 times the amount of recommended lot size and lost all their money according to Telegram screenshots that they have deleted. This EA is excellent, the market is just not in the right condition. It will perform better the more time passes, no doubt! Andrey is a really friendly and helpful developer! Keep up the good work!
It seems to be overfitted with historical data, the actual behavior does not look at all like the backtest before the release date.

I'm running Steady for almost 3 month now and have approx. 50% gain on an live account. (mostly running the Authors recommendation on EU/EJ) The EA finds excellent entry points in a trending market. In a non-trending market it struggles, but that is normal and should be taken into account in your MM. Andrey, the Author, is very responsive for constructive criticism and potential improvements. I absolutely recommend Steady!
