I have purchased this wonderful indicator but when I draw the fib levels I do not get the lines like in the demonstration video. Can you kindly tell me what I am doing wrong.

I have not been able to use the package today - when price action picks up the indicator lags and candles do not update properly. I can see price moving in my time and sales window and on other charts but the chart with the dinapoli study just freezes. Please advise.

Please refund my purchase - this indicator is unusable during major trading hours (NY session). Even if it is the only indicator on the chart it freezes and shows inaccurate prices.

I owe you an apology! I have determined that during extremely volitile periods my mt5 installation is quite laggy - even without ANY indicators. Your indicator IS NOT the cause.

Great package however I'm getting one small problem:

Retracements in a downtrend work fine but in an uptrend they seem to be upside down, as can be seen below.

Please advise.

OK, rookie error!

Need to map the movement from the latest price back, not earliest forward.

All is as it should be.
