You need the source code to do this.
If you dont have it, you need to contact the developer or pay and hacker to do reverse engineering.

I am sorry If I sound stupid but just to clarify on how to use this utility, I am only trading in Gold with T.P of 15 pips and Stoploss of 30 Pips. How can I use this utility to lock my profits of minimum 15 pips and there after going each 2 pips above it should move SL and lock profits.

A working example would be very useful for me on how to enter values in your indicator so it can act perfectly as intended.

I appreciate the suggestion, but my support for MT4 ended one year ago.
