mmm it still crashed it does seem to be able to cope with the large trend mid 2017 when euro moved from around 1.08 to 1.18. In 8yrs BT this seem to be the only period the EA struggled with.

Thanks for renting, of course the EA will crash if you divert from the default settings, it has been optimized to perform on default. Not only the lot size/step affects it, any other setting will make it crash too.
I suggest that you keep default settings for a balance of 3000 and below. Anyway I will note it to make the lot step auto calculate in the next version to avoid user confusion.

still it did not cope with the period mention on default settings I still think this a good EA. Can you check see if the max trade perimeter is working I increased it to test something it appears to be stuck on 15/16 trades
Ok first GIF is the curve from 2010 till now default MM settings 0.2 with lots steps changed to 0.02
The second gif is the same setting with lot step changed form 5 to 10 it appears to cope with the June / July period 2017 a lot better I did increase the amount of trade allowed to 20 but i dont think this made a difference not sure if it took more trades.
have to say the BT for GBPUSD 2015 till now is great came through BREXIT with flying colours.
I just changed the lot step to 50 (EA has very good possibilities).

автора отвечает раз в 10 дней и то не факт что ответит, а у меня вот такая проблема, когда я продлил подписку, я подумал что merlin Не надо ставить заново на график, а он оказывается не работал 5 дней, потом я поставил его на график, а он не видит тех сделок которые открыл до этого. Теперь у меня завис франк, он открыл 0,01 лотом сделку, хотя должен был открывать другим объёмом....АВТОР АУ ответь!!!

The reason the EA does not see your previous trades is because you changed the MAGIC NUMBER !

Also the reason your USDCHF open trades did not close earlier is because of your bad broker "we discussed this before", you can see from my live signal that my USDCHF did close where they are supposed to with no problem, see attached pic:
