   + Wait before the news (sec) - the waiting time before the news release for the issuing of warrants (in seconds)
   + Time slip performance before (sec) - slippage of the waiting time before the news release (in seconds)
   + Time slip performance after (min) - slippage waiting time after the news release (in minutes)
3. Added ability to set the daily news at a preset time.
4. Changes in the custom settings:
+ News Everyday (ON/OFF) - news every day (YES/NO)
+ Time News Everyday - the daily news (hours:minutes)
5. Finalize the error checking functions.
