Introducing Helix Ribbon, a trend-following ribbon indicator that turns every trend crossover into a clear, ready-to-read signal.
Helix tracks the market's direction with two moving averages: a fast Triple Exponential Moving Average (TEMA) and a slow Hull Moving Average. The space between them is drawn as a flowing, color-shifting ribbon with thin strands inside it. When the fast line crosses the slow line, the ribbon twists and Helix marks the new trend on your chart with an arrow and a BUY/SELL label. You see the direction, the strength and the turning point in one glance.

- Clear Buy/Sell Signals: Arrows and BUY/SELL labels with the entry price appear at the exact bar where the fast line crosses the slow line, so you never have to guess where a new move starts.
- A Ribbon That Looks Like a Ribbon: A tinted band fills the space between the two lines, with thin strands running through it and an optional soft glow on the fast line. The colors follow the trend and adapt to your chart background, so it looks clean on dark and light charts.
- Labels That Stay Out of the Way: BUY/SELL tags are placed clear of the neighbouring candles, above the highs for sells and below the lows for buys, so they never sit on top of your price action.
- Customizable Lines: Set the Fast TEMA period, the Slow Hull period and the price source (Close, Open, High, Low, Median, Typical or Weighted). Choose your own bullish, bearish and slow-line colors, line width, ribbon strength, and switch the glow, fill and strands on or off.
- Live Dashboard Panel: Shows the current trend, the latest signal and how long ago it fired, its entry price, the move since the signal in points and percent, both line values, the spread between them, and the number of buy and sell signals in the last 100 bars. The panel scales automatically to your screen size and can be dragged, resized and minimized. It remembers its position when you change timeframe or symbol.
- Customizable Alerts: Popup, sound, email and mobile push notifications, so you never miss a signal even when you're away from the chart.
- Works on any symbol and timeframe: Forex, gold, indices and crypto, from scalping to swing trading.
