Padu Viral - Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5
HOW IT WORKS
Grid / averaging system. New orders are added every PipStep pips with the lot size multiplied by LotExponent, up to MaxTrades orders, and the basket closes at the take profit. An optional trailing stop is included.
RECOMMENDED SETTINGS
- Symbols: EURUSD and GBPUSD (default setting)
- Timeframe: M5
- Account: Cent account from 100 USD / 10,000 cents (default); Standard account set files are provided
- Maximum 2 pairs per 100 USD of balance
- A VPS is recommended for uninterrupted operation
- Use a broker with low spreads and fast execution
- This EA requires a HEDGING account type
MAIN INPUTS
- Lots: Starting lot size
- LotExponent: Lot multiplier for every additional order
- TakeProfit: Basket take profit in pips
- PipStep: Distance in pips between orders
- MaxTrades: Maximum number of orders in one basket
- MaxLot: Upper limit for a single order
- UseTrailingStop / TrailStart / TrailStop: Optional trailing stop
- Monday ... Sunday: Enable or disable each trading day
- Trading_Hours / StartHour / EndHour: Optional trading hours filter
- UseMaxDrawdown / MaxDrawdownPercent: Closes everything at the chosen drawdown
- UseSpreadFilter / MaxSpread: Skips new trades when the spread is too high
INCLUDED SAFETY CHECKS
- Lot size normalised to the broker's minimum, maximum and step
- Free margin is checked before every order
- Stop levels and freeze levels of the broker are respected
IMPORTANT RISK WARNING
This EA uses grid / martingale averaging. Lot sizes grow while a basket is open and drawdown can become large. Losses can exceed what you expect and can wipe out the account.
