RSI Divergence Trend finds one precise setup: the end of a pullback inside a trend.
When the trend is up and a pullback makes a lower low while RSI makes a higher low coming out of the oversold zone, the selling pressure is fading: the indicator gives a BUY signal with Entry, Stop Loss and three Take Profit levels. SELL signals work the opposite way in a downtrend.
HOW A SIGNAL IS BUILT
• Trend filter: BUY only above the trend EMA, SELL only below it.
• RSI divergence from the extreme zone (RSI 7, levels 75 / 25) on confirmed pivots.
• Quality filters: divergence length, distance from the EMA, size of the signal candle, Stop Loss of at least 10 times the spread.
• Stop Loss beyond the divergence pivot, TP1 / TP2 / TP3 at 1R / 2R / 3R.
MAIN FEATURES
• Non-repainting: signals appear on bar close and never change afterwards.
• Entry, Stop Loss, TP1, TP2 and TP3 drawn on the chart as risk / reward zones with price labels.

RECOMMENDED USE
• Symbol: XAUUSD (Gold).

• The indicator is selective: a few signals per week on Gold M5 when the market is volatile, fewer when it is quiet.
• Broker with a typical Gold spread up to about 35 points.

• Main trend: EMA timeframe, EMA period, trade only in the trend direction, automatic settings per timeframe.
• RSI divergence: RSI period, overbought / oversold levels, pivot bars, minimum / maximum bars between pivots, quality filters, optional entry confirmation.
• Stop Loss / Take Profit: Stop Loss mode (pivot or ATR), ATR period, extra buffer, minimum Stop Loss, reward:risk of TP1 / TP2 / TP3.
