RSI AutoScale with Zone Fills

RSI AutoScale is a clean, lightweight RSI for traders who use both TradingView and MetaTrader 5 and want the two charts to look the same.

WHAT IT SHOWS
- RSI (Wilder smoothing): the same values as the standard RSI, with any applied price.
- Signal line on the RSI: SMA, EMA, SMMA or LWMA, with its own period.
- Levels: upper, middle and lower lines (70 / 50 / 30 by default). They use MT5's native levels, so they reach the right edge and their values appear on the scale.
- Zone fills: the middle band is shaded. The RSI is filled above the upper level and below the lower level, so extremes stand out at a glance.
- Right-margin extension: the middle band continues into the empty space to the right of the last bar, as on TradingView.

SCALE MODES
1. Auto: MT5 autoscale. Small RSI moves use the full height of the window.
2. Auto, clamped 0-100: fits the visible bars and the levels, never leaves 0-100, and updates as you scroll or zoom.
3. Fixed 0-100: the traditional view.
