XAU Digger V2

XAU Digger is a fully automated Expert Advisor designed specifically for trading Gold (XAUUSD) using a multi-strategy recovery and basket-management approach.

The EA continuously analyzes multiple internal timeframes and market conditions to identify potential trading opportunities. Once a valid setup is detected, XAU Digger opens an initial position and manages the trade automatically. If price temporarily moves against the position, the EA can add additional fixed-size recovery positions at predefined price distances to improve the basket's average entry price.

Unlike traditional martingale systems, XAU Digger does not double the lot size after a losing position. Recovery positions use the same basket lot size, resulting in a more controlled increase in exposure.

This is NOT a money printing machine. XAU Digger V2 only enter trades when conditions are right. PLEASE put your lot size in respect to you capital, this is to ensure that your account does not get blown. My goal is to be as transparent as possible. Please adjust the settings to your liking and back test it before using it in live.

Fixed mode:

0.01 Lot - $600 capital ($1000 recommended)

Auto Lot mode:

DEFAULT SETTING(RISKY) - Every $600 increase in your capital will mean +0.01 in lot size 

PLEASE change to at least $1000 per step to ensure low risk and preventing your account from blowing

Safety feature:

DEFAULT SETTING - Drawdown is allowed to go up to 60%. When hit, all positions will be closed to prevent blowing your account. Please change this according to how much you are willing to risk.

Flexible Lot Management

XAU Digger gives traders full control over position sizing.

Fixed Lot Mode allows you to select a constant lot size for every new basket.

Auto Lot Mode automatically adjusts the trading lot according to account balance. Traders can configure both the balance interval and the amount of lot size added for each balance step.

For example:

Balance Step: $600
Lot Per Step: 0.01

The EA will automatically calculate the appropriate lot size as the account balance changes.

Equity Protection

XAU Digger includes two configurable account-protection systems.

New Entry Equity Protection can stop the EA from opening additional fresh baskets when account equity drawdown reaches a selected percentage, while allowing existing trades to continue being managed.

Hard Equity Protection can attempt to close all XAU Digger positions when peak-to-current equity drawdown reaches the configured maximum percentage.

The EA can also automatically lock further trading after the hard equity protection is triggered.

Both protection levels can be adjusted according to the trader's preferred risk tolerance.

Recovery-Based Basket Management

XAU Digger manages positions as baskets rather than treating every recovery order as an independent trade.

When the market moves against an initial position, additional positions may be opened at calculated price intervals. This improves the average basket entry and allows the complete basket to close once its combined profit target is reached.

The system uses fixed-size recovery positions rather than exponential martingale sizing.

Important Risk Information

XAU Digger uses a recovery/grid-style trading approach. This means several positions can be open simultaneously when the market moves against an existing basket.

Although the EA includes configurable equity protection and does not use traditional martingale lot doubling, recovery trading can still produce significant floating drawdown during strong directional market movements.

Higher lot sizes increase both potential returns and potential drawdown.

Users should select lot sizing that is appropriate for their account balance, leverage, broker conditions and personal risk tolerance.
