1. Left-click the symbol name to highlight the symbol's column background. Click again to deselect the column.

2. Left-click the timeframe name to highlight the timeframe's line background. Click again to deselect the line.

This allows you to quickly find the appropriate symbol (timeframe), especially when you have many symbols set for display.
