Version 5.30 - Major improvements to reliability and accuracy

FIXED:
- W1 EMA200 macro filter now loads instantly on first
candle using direct weekly price comparison instead
of indicator handle. Previously W1 was not loading
causing wrong direction trades.

- News filter completely rebuilt with live ForexFactory
data feed. EA now fetches real USD High impact news
automatically every hour instead of using hardcoded
times that were blocking trades incorrectly.

- Trading window extended from 17:00 to 22:00 GMT.
Previous version was missing 5 hours of trading
every day due to a hardcoded time restriction.

- EA now starts trading within 15 minutes of attach.
Previous warmup was blocking trading for hours.

IMPROVED:
- News filter is OFF by default. User can enable with
UseNewsFilter = true in EA inputs when needed.

- News filter now only blocks High impact USD events.
Low and Medium impact news are ignored.

- WebRequest URL updated. Add
https://nfs.faireconomy.media to allowed URLs in
MT5 options when using news filter.

- All existing buyers receive this update free.
