Yes , Push Notification is avaialble  , We have 3 kind of alerts 

1. Pop Up Alert (Normal Meta Trader Alert)

2. Mobile Alert (Push Notification Alert)

3. Email Alert (Can send email contain detail of alerts)

As you know you need to enable push notification in meta trader from Tools/Option/Expert Advisior tab

Also you can turn these alerts on or off by input parameters as i showed in image
