1. Portfolio Setup (CSV)
The EA trades multiple instruments using a portfolio list.
In the input PortfolioCSV , enter the symbols you want the EA to trade, separated by commas.
Example:
Important:
• Symbols must match your broker symbol names
• No spaces between symbols
• Use commas as separators
The EA will automatically scan and trade all instruments listed.
Asset Group Risk Control
The EA supports portfolio risk allocation by market groups.
Available groups:
• FX
• Metals
• Energy
• Crypto
• Indices
• Other
In each group input field, list the symbols belonging to that sector.
Example:
The EA automatically distributes portfolio risk across active groups.
Trading Systems
The EA runs three independent breakout systems simultaneously.
Each system uses its own Donchian settings:
System 1
Fast trend model
System 2
Medium trend model
System 3
Long trend model
Example settings:
These systems allow the EA to capture trends of different durations.
Risk Settings
MaxPortfolioRisk
Defines the maximum total risk across all open trades.
Example:
The EA automatically distributes this risk across symbols and groups.
Startup Protection
The EA includes a startup delay system to prevent terminal overload.
Parameters:
These settings ensure the portfolio loads gradually when the EA starts.
Recommended: keep default values.
Adaptive Exit Evolution
The EA can slowly adapt exit lengths based on trade performance.
Enable or disable with:
If enabled, exit lengths adjust gradually within defined limits.
This removes the need for manual re-optimization.
Important Notes
• The EA is designed for portfolio trading
• Best results come from 15–25 instruments
• Trend following trades infrequently
• Periods of low activity are normal
