Reliability: Timezone parser rewritten embedded offsets now detected automatically, eliminating the twice-yearly DST manual update. WebRequest timeout reduced to 3s. Rate limit backoff added. 3-strike failure warning added.
Panel: Event name and impact level now shown when blocked. UTC labels added to countdowns. Panel no longer flickers on refresh. Startup positioning fixed. Resize-only redraws.
EA integration: Stale data guard in NewsFilter.mqh — EAs auto-unblock if utility is offline 20+ min. Broker symbol suffix support added (EURUSDm etc).
Settings simplified: Email alert removed. API key input removed. Low impact filter hardcoded off.
