Hi there - as far as I know, the web hooks and everything is in place, but I get no notification on my server on Discord - can you help?

Hi there - sure, I’ve already updated the description and made the setup instructions more detailed. Please make sure you complete 2nd step as well:

Create a text channel in Discord and copy its Webhook URL.
In MetaTrader 5 → Tools → Options → Expert Advisors enable WebRequest for https://discord.com/, then attach the utility to any chart and enter the Webhook URL in the Input Value.
