1. Added new advanced BE input so that EA can BE when profit is hit.
2. Internal code improvements and removed SL limitations, allowing more user input flexibility
3. Added more SL options to provide more flexibility for different types of traders and their risk tolerance

Version 1.1 Fixes issues with trailing & BE that were not properly tracking multiple positions; the EA would only trail one position. It also addresses lot size issues for different TP modes.
